Dram Shop Liability

Our firm handles cases involving bars or restaurants that sold and/or served alcohol to underage or intoxicated persons who subsequently cause a serious accident or injury to another.  The law will hold the bar or restaurant responsible for property damage, injuries, and/or death caused by the intoxicated person.
